Pastor Luke Duperron
Pastor Luke serves as the Lead Pastor of Reach Church PV with a passion to see lives transformed through the power of the Gospel. He has been faithfully serving in ministry for over a decade, preaching God’s Word with clarity, conviction, and a heart to raise up disciples who live on mission. Luke carries a deep love for the local church and believes in creating a culture where people encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and are empowered to live out their calling. His leadership is marked by authenticity, vision, and a commitment to see the South Bay community impacted by the hope of Christ.

Shatera Duperron
Shatera serves alongside her husband Luke in leading Reach Church PV. With a heart for people and a gift of encouragement, she is passionate about cultivating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels seen and valued. Shatera has a strong calling to mentor and disciple women, helping them walk confidently in their God-given identity and purpose. Her desire is to see families strengthened, the next generation equipped, and the church flourish as a place of healing and hope.

Family
Luke and Shatera are grateful to serve in ministry together while raising their two sons, Hezekiah (10) and Malachi (7). Their family is at the center of their calling, and they desire to model what it means to follow Jesus in both the home and the church. The boys bring joy, energy, and laughter to their lives and to the Reach Church community.
